ในทุกปี World Economic Forum จะเผยข้อมูลและสถิติเกี่ยวกับสถานะเศรษฐกิจของประเทศต่างๆในแต่ละภูมิภาค โดย Business Insider ได้มีการรายงานข้อมูลของ 27 อันดับประเทศในโลกที่มีเรทภาษีสูงเกิน 50%  WEF ได้สรุปผลรวมจาก 5 ประเภทภาษีดังนี้ corporate income tax, social contributions and labor taxes, property taxes และ turnover taxes ซึ่งโดยทั่วไปจะเป็นภาษีที่เรียกเก็บจากธุรกิจ ไม่ได้เป็นภาษีที่เก็บจากบุคคลทั่วไป มาดูกันว่า 27 ประเทศที่มีอัตราภาษีสูงเกิน 50%  มีประเทศใดบ้าง
